Abstract This collection is comprised of the ledger of the Kinne & White grocery and crockery store, which operated in Mankato, Minnesota from 1866 until 1867. James G. Kinne and Albert S. White formed a partnership in 1866 to begin operation of a grocery store. This collection consists of a videotape of a television program about Charles A. Lindbergh. The program is narrated by Dr. Bruce L. Larson, a member of the Minnesota State University, Mankato faculty, who also served as the historical consultant. The program was produced by KTVI-TV of St. Louis, Missouri, with cooperation from the Missouri Historical Society. The film concentrates on Lindbergh's 1923 - 1927 activities in St. Louis.

Abstract

This collection consists of an oral history interview conducted with Mr. Ben Lindeland, of Pemberton, Minnesota. Lindeland was a life long farmer in the area, and in the interview, he reminisces about farming and farm life in Medo Township, from 1910 to 1950. He discusses the roads, crops, machinery, tilling, and the Great Depression of the 1930s.
